Project Kegel – Open-Source Ninepin Landmark Centre Blueprint
Goal
Create one world-class 6-lane ninepin centre that proves the model, then open-source every single file, lesson, budget, mistake and template so any club, city or group can build their own — anywhere.
First centre principles
- Founder-led (Bostjan Pen, 25+ years in ninepin) with majority ownership for execution speed and fraud protection.
- Radical transparency: every euro on Open Collective.
- Community input heavy, founder veto on core vision only (rationale always published).
